Baltimore Shakespeare Factory: Weekly Camps

July 21-25: 8:30am-12pm (Grades K-2)

This NEW SESSION is a half day camp where students will participate in a variety of activities, games, & crafts that will introduce them to several of Shakespeare’s classic works and the art of acting. Since this is a new camp, we are not yet sure if we will provide aftercare/additional afternoon sessions, and would love to have participant feedback on that.

Cost $150 per student ($125 Early Bird)

July 28 – Aug. 1: 11am-5pm (Grades 3-7) – A Comedy Of Errors

Aug. 4-8: 11am-5pm (Grades 3-7) – Macbeth

Participants will work in small ensembles to produce a full length production.  Just like Shakespeare’s acting troupe, The King’s Men, they will design costumes, create props and sets, and use the same text work tricks that our professional actors use to unlock character choices.  Plus, we always have a malmsey-butt of fun!

Cost $300 per student ($250 Early Bird)Before care available from 8am – $20 per day or $60 for the week Click Here

Aug. 11-15: 11am-5pm (Grades 8-12) – A Comedy Of Errors

Older students will also work as an ensemble to create a full length production, but they will take it up a notch with advanced training in Factory text work, work with stage combat, and the option to assist  and even appear in our Factory Mainstage productions!

Cost $300 per student ($250 Early Bird)
